Prologic Continues to Examine Strategic Business Opportunities

TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 1998--Prologic Management Systems Inc. (PRLO, PRLOW) announced today it continues to examine strategic business opportunities with the assistance of its financial advisor, Catalyst Financial.
Prologic's announcement came in response to a Dec. 8, 1998 public announcement by COX Technologies (OTC BB:COXT) that it is in negotiations to acquire Prologic. COX Technologies has tendered to Prologic an unsolicited, non-binding letter of intent to discuss a possible business combination with Prologic. Prologic is reviewing COX Technologies' proposal and intends also to review proposals of other third parties. At this time, Prologic is not a party to any agreement respecting a strategic transaction. Prologic continues to review its strategic options.
Prologic Management Systems (www.prologic.com) is a commercial systems integration firm with expertise in manufacturing, distribution, resource planning and tracking. Prologic offers national and regional systems integration expertise.
