Nevada Manhattan Reports on Annual Meeting, Revenues and Name Change

CALABASAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 11, 1998--Nevada Manhattan Group, formerly called Terra Natural Resources dba Nevada Manhattan Mining Inc. (OTC BB:NVMH), reported that all issues introduced on its proxy were approved by a substantial margin at its annual shareholders meeting on Dec. 9, 1998, including the addition of three new managing directors: Tetsuo Kitagawa, Neil Lewis and Hiro Mutoh.

Further, Chairman Christopher D. Michaels reports that the company's projected revenues, in excess of $7 million for the second quarter ended Nov. 30, 1998, will reflect a gain from the previous quarter of more than 2,800 percent.
