NY Supreme Court Awards $1.35 Million in Damages

MovieFone, Inc. (NASDAQ NM: MOFN) announced today that the New York Supreme Court has awarded it $1.35 million in damages in a dispute stemming from a case decided last year. It also ruled that Pacer/CATS/CCS is a Successor to Pacer/CATS, a company against which MovieFone won a $22.7 million arbitration award last year.
