Beyond.com Chosen by GTSI to Electronically Deliver Microsoft Software

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 1998--Online software superstore Beyond.com (Nasdaq: BYND) announced today that it has been selected by GTSI to be the provider for Electronic Software Distribution of software products over the Internet to a potential of more than 200,000 seats (desktop or portable computers), over the next five years under GTSI's Army License Software Upgrades (ALSU) - 1 contract.
