SILVER SPRING, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 20, 1998--Humphrey Hospitality Trust, Inc., (The Nasdaq National Market: HUMP) announced Friday that they have retained the services of Mumford Company, Inc., as the exclusive buyer's broker for all of its hotel acquisitions in the eastern United States.
Humphrey Hospitality Trust, Inc., based in Silver Spring, Md., is a publicly-traded real estate investment trust that owns twenty hotels encompassing over 1,300 rooms in nine states.
Humphrey is seeking to aggressively expand their portfolio of limited-service hotels in the eastern United States and to capitalize on the opportunities available in secondary and tertiary markets within this region.
