Dataram Introduces Memory For Digital's New Unified Line of Intel- And Alpha-Based Servers For Windows NT

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 9, 1998--Dataram Corporation (AMEX:DTM) a leading provider of gigabyte memory upgrades for UNIX(R) and Windows/NT workstations and servers, today announced multiple high capacity memory upgrades for the new NT servers recently introduced by Digital Equipment Corporation.
The DIGITAL Server 3300/3300R and 3305/3305R, with 8 memory slots and a maximum capacity of 2GB, is supported by Dataram's DRD3300 product family in capacities ranging from 128MB to 1GB. With savings of up to 68% over Digital's list price, Dataram's DRD3300 memory provides NT users with true price/performance.
The DIGITAL Server 5300/5305, incorporating single or dual 400 or 533MHz Alpha processors respectively, is supported by Dataram's DRD5300 product family. With capacities of 64MB and 256MB, a full complement of DRD5300 memory can take these servers to 2GB.
The DIGITAL Server 3100/3100R and 3105/3105R (formally the Prioris MX 6200), and the DIGITAL Server 5100/5105 (formally the Prioris HX 6200) with Pentium Pro processors can be expanded up to 1GB with Dataram's DRD75/128 and DRD75/256.
