Montgomery Asset Management Appoints Chief Information Officer

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 1998--Montgomery Asset Management announced today that Cynthia Boucher joined the organization as Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
In this position, Boucher will oversee all aspects of the organization's Information Technology function.

Boucher comes to Montgomery Asset Management from Sega Game Works in Universal City, California, where she served as Director of Information Technology. Her previous experience includes executive positions in information technology with Montgomery Securities, Decision Technologies and Coopers and Lybrand. Boucher holds a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University.
