Salomon Brothers Investors Fund Board Declares Distributions

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 17, 1998--The Board of Directors of the Salomon Brothers Investors Fund declared the following distribution:
An ordinary income dividend of $.0500 per share for Class O
shares and $.0370 per share for Class A shares out of the Fund's
net investment income.
The distribution is payable on July 21, 1998 to stockholders of record July 20, 1998. The ex-dividend date is July 20, 1998.
