V-ONE Signs Integralis as European Distributor; Integralis will target V-ONE's VPN Product, SmartGate, to Europe's Largest Enterprise Customers

GERMANTOWN, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 1998--V-ONE(R) Corporation (NASDAQ: VONE), the market leaders in Virtual Private Network (VPN) Internet security technology, today announced an agreement through which Integralis will resell V-ONE's award-winning SmartGate(R) VPN product in Europe. Integralis is one of Europe's leading network security and integration companies and is the largest European distribution channel for the Check Point Software Technologies' (NASDAQ: CHKPF) industry-leading FireWall-1. Integralis will sell SmartGate directly, as well as distribute it through Allasso, Integralis' distribution division.
