REPEAT/X-Cal Resources Announces Agreement With HSBC Securities

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 1998-- X-Cal Resources (TSE:XCL.) X-Cal Resources Ltd. and HSBC Securities have entered into an agreement which appoints HSBC Securities as exclusive financial advisor to the Company.
HSBC Securities is part of the HSBC group, one of the world's largest banking and financial service organizations.
X-Cal Resources Ltd. and HSBC Securities will work together to enhance shareholder value. Financing, fairness opinions and general business assistance are covered by the agreement.
