H.E.R.C. Products Inc. Announces Closing of Second Private Placement Facility

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 18, 1998-- H.E.R.C. Products Inc. (NASDAQ Small Cap:HERC) Thursday announced the closing of a second private equity placement of 1,620,000 shares of unregistered common stock of the company for $502,200. The placement was priced at $0.31 per share.
The funds will be used for general corporate purposes and expansion of the company's marine and fire protection businesses.
H.E.R.C. Products Inc. develops, manufactures, and markets products, and provides services, that eliminate and control scaling and tuberculation on surfaces that come into contact with water through the company's wholly owned subsidiary H.E.R.C. Consumer Products Inc. and its Industrial Products Group.
