Aviation Distributors Inc. Announces Key Investment by HW Partners L.P. With Aggregate Holdings of Approximately 6.3 Percent in the Company

LAKE FOREST, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 18, 1998--Aviation Distributors Inc. (OTC-BB:ADIN) confirmed Thursday a purchase of the company's common shares by HW Partners L.P., based in Dallas, amounting to aggregate holdings in the company of approximately 6.3% on an undiluted basis.
Such purchases were made in the open market.
In its Form 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, HW Partners disclosed holdings, by certain of its managed funds, of 200,000 shares in Aviation Distributors common stock, representing approximately 6.3% of the company's total outstanding shares on an undiluted basis.
