Pallet Management Systems Secures New Financing

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 1998--Pallet Management Systems, Inc. (OTC/BB:PALT) today announced that it had secured a $3,700,000 line of credit in a financing agreement signed with American Commercial Finance Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HPSC (NASDAQ:HPSC).

The new funding replaces the previous financing from NationsBank which was in the amount of $2,500,000. The increased line of credit is on approximately the same terms as NationsBank with additional inventory and equipment financing which had not been previously available.
