Pallet Management Systems Secures New Financing

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 1998--Pallet Management Systems, Inc. (OTC/BB:PALT) today announced that it had secured a $3,700,000 line of credit in a financing agreement signed with American Commercial Finance Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HPSC (NASDAQ:HPSC).
The new funding replaces the previous financing from NationsBank which was in the amount of $2,500,000. The increased line of credit is on approximately the same terms as NationsBank with additional inventory and equipment financing which had not been previously available.
"This new credit facility should provide us with the flexibility required to operate and expand our business," commented John C. Lucy III, chairman and CEO of the company.
