UroMed Corporation Complies With Nasdaq SmallCap Market Continued Listing Requirements

NORWOOD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 10, 1998--UroMed Corporation's (the "Company") was notified by Nasdaq of its compliance with all requirements set forth by the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel necessary for continued listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market. The Company had been listed on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market on a temporary status via an exception to continued listing requirements. Accordingly, the Company's securities will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market and the symbol has been changed from URMDC back to URMD.

Additionally, the Company announced that it has moved its corporate headquarters to 1400 Providence Highway, Building 2, Norwood, MA 02062.

UroMed, founded in October 1990, is dedicated to establishing itself as a leader in the development of male and female healthcare products.
