Misco Enterprises Successfully Implements J.D. Edwards Software in Under 90 Days; ERP Software Allows Smooth Company Merger and More Reliable Inventory Tracking

Edwards & Company (Nasdaq:JDEC) announced today that Misco Enterprises, a manufacturer of plastic planters, recently completed a full implementation of J.D. Edwards' WorldSoftware(tm) in under 90 days. With the assistance of Sky Technologies, a J.D. Edwards Small Business Solutions (SBS) value-added reseller (VAR), Misco implemented WorldSoftware to facilitate electronic data interchange (EDI), become year 2000 ready and streamline internal financial and distribution processes.
