DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 1998--Chartwell International, Inc. (NASD BB:CHAP) announced that it has entered into a contract with the San Diego office of Colliers International to sell its real estate property of 200 acres located in San Diego County, Calif.
Colliers International is a global real estate company with over 200 offices worldwide. Leona Kline, Colliers' representative, will be facilitating the sale through a sealed bid auction. This sale is expected to generate a sale price in excess of $2,000,000.
