Muse Technologies, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 16, 1998--MUSE Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: MUZE, MUZEW; BSE: MUZ, MUZW) today announced the pricing of an initial public offering of 1,200,000 units (consisting of 1,200,000 shares of common stock and Class A redeemable warrants to purchase 600,000 shares of common stock) at $8.00 per unit to be sold by the Company. The Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 180,000 units to cover over-allotments. HD Brous & Co., Inc. is the underwriter of the offering.

The common stock and the warrants will begin trading on Tuesday, November 17, 1998 on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market under the symbols "MUZE" (common shares) and "MUZEW" (warrants) and the Boston Stock Exchange under the symbols "MZE" (common shares) and "MZEW" (warrants).

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of approximately $7.9 million primarily for product development, marketing and working capital.
