Softscape, Incorporated, announces the release AchievementPlus, the first Web-based Performance Management software that automates the performance review and 360 rounded feedback process. AchievementPlus is Softscape's latest addition to next-generation, event management software that focuses on web technology solutions for Fortune 1000 organizations. The feature-rich program creates an enterprise-wide environment to collect, manage, report and distribute employee performance-based information.
