About Fix-It Utilities 99
Designed with the purpose of diagnosing and fixing many Windows 95, 98 and NT problems quickly and reliably, Fix-It Utilities 99 delivers the goods in several areas including crash protection; hard disk repair and optimization; Registry repair and optimization; and hardware diagnostics and system monitoring. In addition, file recovery, anti-virus protection, and a wide range of tools are included to enhance Windows operation. As it is the first utility of its kind to support Windows NT, the product can also be deployed on NT workstations or servers, saving potentially hundreds of dollars over buying individual NT tools.
Furthermore, through the company's ActiveFix technology, forthcoming versions are expected to add server-based remote logging and control capabilities through a Mijenix Systems Management Console or through a browser, and extensions for Unicenter TNG, HP OpenView, Microsoft SMS or Tivoli TME system management platforms are also planned.
Fix-It Utilities 99 is expected to ship in December, 1998 and will be available at retail stores nationwide as well as directly from Mijenix.
