Salomon Brothers Investors Fund Board Declares Distribution

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 19, 1998--The Board of Directors of the Salomon Brothers Investors Fund declared the following distribution:
A distribution of $1.4824 (of which all is from 20% gain) per
share for all classes of Fund shares from long-term capital gains
realized on the sale of investments during the period January 1,
1998 to October 31, 1998.
The distribution is payable on November 20, 1998 to stockholders of record November 18, 1998. The ex-dividend date is November 19, 1998.
