Criterion Introduces Affirmative Action LiquidLINK For PeopleSoft; PeopleSoft Customers Can Simply 'Plug-in' Affirmative Action and Diversity Management

Business Wire, Nov 5, 1998

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 1998--Criterion Incorporated has dramatically expanded the capabilities of PeopleSoft's Human Resource Management System with the release of Criterion's Affirmative Action Management System (CAAMS) LiquidLINK, which links a powerful analytical engine for preparing Affirmative Action plans and diversity checks to PeopleSoft.

Criterion, a PeopleSoft Global Alliance Partner, announced the release of CAAMS LiquidLINK at the PeopleSoft Users Conference in San Francisco, Calif., on November 1 through 5, 1998.

"Almost 90% of PeopleSoft's American customers must prepare Affirmative Action plans, and CAAMS provides that functionality," said Marcia Jones, Ph.D., Chief Operating Officer at Criterion. "Organizations spend a significant portion of their IT budget on integrating software applications with their ERP. CAAMS LiquidLINK is an "out-of-the-box" link between PeopleSoft HRMS and the CAAMS system that allows seamless capture of critical data, without the cost of designing an expensive interface. CAAMS LiquidLINK maximizes the value of people data while saving clients time and money."

LiquidLINK is even more critical today since so many companies have dedicated significant IT resources to resolving Year 2000 issues. "Software integration must be seamless, painless, and immediate," noted Dr. Jones. "With CAAMS LiquidLINK, IT professionals don't have to spend precious time and resources to pull in data. All they have to do is just `plug-in'. Now CAAMS LiquidLINK allows PeopleSoft customers to get timely, accurate Affirmative Action plans and diversity reports without concerns over negotiating the data transfer between the two systems."

CAAMS LiquidLINK is now available for delivery to PeopleSoft customers in North America. PeopleSoft customers should contact Criterion for further information about the new product.
