Spa Universaire Unveils Rain Forest Room at Second Annual Spa Fest

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 1998--

     WHO:  Spa Universaire, Inc., will celebrate its second annual Spa
           Fest(TM) on Saturday, Nov. 14, 1998.  The urban day spa, in
           LoDo, draws upon universal and global concepts for
           relaxation and stress reduction through the use of
           treatment rooms, such as the African or Taj Mahal Room.
           The spa, part of the Aveda network, incorporates relaxation
           techniques of countries from around the world to help
           individuals draw upon their senses during massage, body
           services, facials and other treatments.

           Featured guests include Jeff Shoemaker of Greenway
           Foundation; Anita Forsyth of Boabab Tree; Dr. Nan, third
           generation Chinese acupuncturist; Jennifer Workman, M.S.,
           R.D., Ayurvedic Nutritionist; and Gigia Kolouch, Chef, The
           Natural Pantry.

     WHAT: The theme for this year's Spa Fest(TM) will be "Think
           Global, Act LoDo."  Spa Universaire will reveal the spa's
           newest addition, the Rain Forest Room, a treatment room
           with an environmental theme.  Each of the spa's rooms will
           feature different cultural presentations and massages along
           with healthy and/or organic, gourmet dishes to satisfy the
           stomach in this pampering paradise.

           A drawing will be held every hour for a one-hour "Passport
           to Wellness" gift certificate.  All proceeds will be
           donated to the Greenway Foundation, a non-profit
           organization supporting waterway improvements along the
           South Platte River and Cherry Creek.

     WHEN: Saturday, Nov. 14, 1998.  The evening will be divided into
           three time options:  5-7 p.m., 7-9 p.m. and 9-11 p.m.
