Robert Pocsik Joins Indus International as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 1998--Indus International (Nasdaq:IINT), the world's leading provider of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software and services, announced today that Robert Pocsik as been named Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration responsible for critical support functions for Indus International.
Pocsik will have global responsibility for human resources, facilities, travel, and the education and training departments. Pocsik will be located at corporate headquarters in San Francisco and will report to President and COO, William Grabske.
Pocsik brings over 30 years experience to Indus within Fortune 500 companies and smaller corporate environments as well. Most recently he served as a Managing Director of Imcor -- a world leader in executive development and executive search. Prior to Imcor, Pocsik served as President/CEO of Haden Wegman, a world-class engineering infrastructure firm. Pocsik has also held positions as Senior Vice President/HR and Administration for Gibbs & Hill and Allied Signal.
