Immediate Signs Agreement with Music Avenue of America Corporation

LONDON and FRANKFURT--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 15, 1998--The Board of Immediate Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB:IEGP) (Frankfurt:IEGP) ("IMMEDIATE") announced that it has signed an agreement with MUSIC AVENUE CORPORATION OF AMERICA ("MUSIC AVENUE") which will be incorporated into the group under the IMMEDIATE umbrella.

With headquarters in Brussels, Belgium and offices in England, France and Canada, MUSIC AVENUE releases product in a wide range of musical styles with particular emphasis on front line developments and mid price CD concepts.

MUSIC AVENUE will also be responsible for the marketing and distribution of IMMEDIATE's product in the Benelux and France.

MUSIC AVENUE recently acquired rights to the famous PRESTIGE jazz catalogue, together with rights to ICHIBAN RECORDS from Atlanta, USA which holds mainly Black Music and Hip-Hop masters. The Brussels office will continue its acquisitions of new product and seek additional exploitations through the expansion of its network of foreign distributors.
