This change was effected to better reflect the Company's present organizational structure and its expanded focus beyond noise cancellation to include technologies that improve signal-to-noise ratio and enhance sound quality. NCT Group, Inc. is organized into strategic business units (SBUs), each targeted to the commercialization of their products in specific markets.
