THOMASVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 1998--The Board of Directors of Century Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq Small-Cap Market: CENB), the parent holding company for Home Savings Inc., SSB, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share payable Nov. 27, 1998 to stockholders of record Nov. 13, 1998.
Century Bancorp Inc. is traded on the Nasdaq Small-Cap Market under the symbol "CENB."
