Tri-Valley Forms Focus Group to Strengthen Share Value

Bakersfield, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 1998--Tri-Valley Corp. (OTC BB:TRIL) Monday announced the formation of the president's task force to build shareholder value.
Tri-Valley is working on projects with exceptional upside and wants to increase investor awareness of its project inventory. F. Lynn Blystone, Tri-Valley president, said he would draw members of the focus group from the company's largest and most supportive shareholders to find ways beyond the conventional staff efforts to strengthen both the intrinsic and market value of the stock for the benefit of all shareholders.
Tri-Valley is a California-based exploration and production company whose stock is traded over the counter on the electronic bulletin board under the symbol "TRIL."
