MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 28, 1998--Growth Fund Partnership, Inc. (Growth) is pleased to announce the completion of a strategic alliance with Mortgage Bankers Holding Corporation (OTC BBB: MBHC).

Mortgage Bankers will assist Growth to become a listed, publicly traded company within six months to ensure and expand future liquidity and borrowing power.

Growth is a horizontally integrated holdings company emphasizing contrarian asset accumulation which totaled $US 3.6 Billion of debt free assets as reflected on the audited financial statement dated December 31, 1997.
