Growth Fund Partnership, Inc. Announces Strategic Alliance With Mortgage Bankers Holding Corporation

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 28, 1998--Growth Fund Partnership, Inc. (Growth) is pleased to announce the completion of a strategic alliance with Mortgage Bankers Holding Corporation (OTC BBB: MBHC).
Mortgage Bankers will assist Growth to become a listed, publicly traded company within six months to ensure and expand future liquidity and borrowing power.
Growth is a horizontally integrated holdings company emphasizing contrarian asset accumulation which totaled $US 3.6 Billion of debt free assets as reflected on the audited financial statement dated December 31, 1997. Corporate holdings include land in the USA and Brazil (5000 acres and 3,500,000 acres respectively), gold mines in the United States, interests in existing and operating US based mortgage companies, oil, gas well interests, and mineral concentrate (all of which are located within the US), investment shares in an Insurance Company and private and public companies both within and outside of the United States, as well as fees, promissory notes and financial instruments due to the company.
