Real Health Laboratories Announces Chain-Wide Contract With Walgreens

SAN DIEGO--(BW HealthWire)--Oct. 28, 1998--Real Health Laboratories Inc., Wednesday announced a contract with Walgreens Co., one of the nation's largest drugstore chains, to sell "The Prostate Formula" in its stores throughout the United States.
"The Prostate Formula", available in the OTC section, is a natural formula produced in FDA registered manufacturing facilities that is designed to support the healthy function of the prostate.
"We are extremely pleased to announce the increased retail availability of this great product as a result of the alliance between two respected and quality-oriented companies, Real Health and Walgreens," stated William Bunten, Real Health's chief executive officer. "We're also excited about the fact that our product, which has been used and recommended by doctors and pharmacists for years, is now readily available to consumers nationwide at Walgreens."
Scientific data suggests that the ingredients of "The Prostate Formula" have been demonstrated to be beneficial to prostate health. Walgreen Co. is the nation's largest drug store chain with fiscal year 1997 sales of $13.4 billion. The company operates 2,550 drugstores in 34 states and Puerto Rico and plans to open 360 new stores in fiscal 1999. Walgreen Co. remains committed to 3,000 stores by the year 2000.
