Real 3D and Silicon Graphics to Address Details of Strategic Partnership; Press Invited to Join Joint Teleconference

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 6, 1998--Real 3D Inc. and Silicon Graphics Inc. (NYSE:SGI) will announce that the two companies have established a broad strategic partnership. As part of the agreement, SGI has made an equity investment in Real 3D. Lockheed Martin remains the majority owner of Real 3D. Intel and Silicon Graphics now hold minority interests in the 3-D computer graphics company.
