AKRON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 8, 1998--The Board of Directors of A. Schulman Inc. (The Nasdaq Stock Market:SHLM) declared a regular cash dividend of $.115 per common share, payable November 4, 1998 to shareholders of record on October 26, 1998.

These materials are used in a variety of consumer, industrial, automotive and packaging applications.
