MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--October 8, 1998--
Warrant Conversion Price Lowered from $4 to $1 for 60 Days
Terrace Food Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:THIS) (formerly Terrace Holdings, Inc.) announced today that its registration of the shares underlying its outstanding warrants which expire December 5, 2000, has become effective as of Monday October 5, 1998. Furthermore, pursuant to such registration, its board of directors has voted to lower the conversion price of such warrants from $4 per share to $1 per share for a sixty day period commencing October 5, 1998 and expiring December 4, 1998.
