Valley Forge Extends Distribution Agreement With Johnson & Johnson Professional

OAKS, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 15, 1998--Valley Forge Scientific Corp. (NASDAQ: VLFG, BSE: VLF), which develops and manufactures medical device products for hospital and healthcare markets worldwide, announced today that it has agreed with Johnson & Johnson Professional, Inc. to extend the existing Distribution Agreement for its bipolar electrosurgical generators, disposables and products in the field of neurosurgery for one year until December 31, 1999 with an increase in minimum purchases from $1.1 million to $5 million for calendar year 1999.
