Bear Stearns' Ader to Testify Before U.S. Gaming Panel Thursday; Analyst to Offer Wall Street's Perspective on Industry

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 1998--Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. Senior Managing Director Jason Ader will offer expert testimony at a public hearing of the National Gaming Impact Study Commission on Thursday, September 10 at the Biloxi, Mississippi Convention Center beginning at 8:15 a.m. CDT. The National Gaming Impact Study Commission is a federally appointed panel that has a mandate to study and report upon the impact of the gaming industry on the United States.
In his testimony before the Commission, Ader will discuss the role of investment banks and equity analysis in the U.S. gaming industry. Additionally, he will examine the investment community's historical and current views on U.S. gaming and how the community assesses gaming industry successes and failures. He will also offer comments specific to the Gulf Coast, Mississippi gaming market. Ader is the senior lodging and gaming analyst at Bear Stearns.
