Cabec Energy Corp. Reports Sale of 4 Production Plants for Plastic Pallets for $100 Million

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 1999--
On April 13, 1999, Plastic Pallet Production Inc., a subsidiary of Cabec Energy Corp. (OTC BB:CBNR), singed a contract to build four complete Production Plants for the production of its 40 x 48 lease pallet.
Each Plant will produce 250,000 plastic Pallets per month.
The plants will be located at 4 strategic locations in the US to insure shorter and faster delivery to the users. Each Plant was sold for a fixed price at $25 million. Representing a total contract value of $100 million. PPP will also receive a royalty fee of $1 for each Pallet produced, which reflects in an additional revenue increase of $12 million per year over the next 17 years.
The buyer asked PPP not to reveal its identity at this time.
As of April 9, 1999, Cabec Energy Corp. has changed his name to Palweb Corporation. We applied for a new CUSIP number and a new Trading Symbol. As soon we get the new CUSIP and Trading Symbol we will make the necessary changes.
Palweb Corp. is progressing on its auditing and will try to be fully reporting by the beginning of May.
