Global Games Signs License Agreement With Euromontecarlo.com

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
April 14, 1999 (OTC BB:GLOW) Global Games Corporation announced today that an Agreement has been signed with Euromontecarlo.com to license selected software for Sports Book and Casino games. Under the terms of this Agreement Global Games is to receive 20% of net win.
The web site will be activated next week. This site will provide Sports Book and full casino games, fully active in two weeks. Customers will be able to place wagers via a secure online financial transaction system from any where in the world. You may reach this site at www.euromontecarlo.com
Euromontecarlo.com will compete with other operators in the internet gaming market such as GIC Global Intertainment Corporation (OTC BB:GGNC), Starnet Communications International Inc.(OTC BB: SNMM), Gaming Lottery Corp.(Nasdaq:GLCCF)and Cybergames Inc.(OTC BB:CYGA)
As part of the agreement all Island Gaming customers will be turned over to Euromontecarlo.com "they are well financed and have a sound marketing plan" said Borglund.
Global also previous announced an agreement to be completed by April 1st with First Entertainment(OTC BB:FTET). This agreement is still in process and being worked on.
