Plans Are Unveiled For Cyberpop Internetwork In Opening Portion Of

3-Hour April 21 Webcast

Kanakaris Communications Inc. (OTC BB:KANA - news) Wednesday announced, in the opening portions of a 3-hour Web cast, the world's first combination Internet record label/distributor and 24-hour online music channel.

The online music channel will offer free audio and video to bring exposure to artists and from the same Web site location, plans to sell songs utilizing AT&T's (NYSE:T) a2b music technology, developed by AT&T Labs, as well as offer other technologies.

The company will be soliciting new talent and established artists to post material on the site through ads in Billboard, Daily Variety, Hollywood Reporter and Music Connection. Veteran producer Russ Regan's Code Green Records, a division of Music Venture Partners, will be among those whose product will be distributed on the Internet through the Kanakaris Web site.

Kanakaris signed a letter of intent to utilize AT&T's a2b Music Technology on April 21, 1999.
