Deloitte & Touche First to Integrate and Market Clarus E-Procurement
Solution for Oracle Financials Customers
Clarus Corporation (Nasdaq:CLRS), a leading provider of Web-based commerce applications, and Deloitte & Touche LLP today announced a strategic alliance to integrate and market the Clarus(TM) E-Procurement solution for companies using Oracle Financials enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Using Clarus' integration framework, Deloitte & Touche will develop Clarus(TM) Fusion Links for the E-Procurement solution compatible with the thousands of companies worldwide using Oracle Financials systems.
In a related announcement, Deloitte & Touche, one of the leading professional services firms in the United States, also joined the Clarus Alliance Program for Systems Integrators. The alliance program companies will collaborate to deliver leading commerce solutions such as electronic procurement and expense management to companies representing hundreds to tens of thousands of users. The Clarus Alliance Program is tailored to provide customized business planning, training, sales and marketing resources needed by each of these organizations to expand their business opportunities.
