eShare Technologies, Inc. today announced that it has named Steve Rubel its Director of Public Relations.

In the newly created position, Rubel will oversee eShare's corporate public relations strategy as well as manage PR activities that support the company's human interaction software, eShare Expressions 4.0 and eShare NetAgent 2.1.
