Simon Arnison and Colin Morse Join PeakSoft Board

PeakSoft Multinet Corp. (OTC-BB: PEAMF; ASE: PKS) reports that Messrs. Carl Conti and William Baker have retired from the Company's board of directors and have been replaced by Mr. Simon Arnison and Mr. Colin Morse.

Simon Arnison, a resident of Ajax, Ontario, holds a diploma in Computer Science from Oxford Polytechnic and for the past 17 years, has held positions in software development and product management including Product Marketing Manager, Technical Director, and VP Research and Development both in Canada and in the United Kingdom. Mr. Arnison was one of the founders of Innotech Multimedia Corporation (VSE:AWA), which is a leading producer of CD-ROM and Internet-based information technology software and Java-based search applications. Mr. Arnison served as Chief Technology Officer and board member until his departure from Innotech last year when he founded Classwave.com, an Ontario software development company.

Colin Morse, who resides in Vancouver, British Columbia, brings to the board his knowledge and experience in a range of finance-related business activities. Mr. Morse has 10 years of experience in investment banking, finance and real estate development.

PeakSoft's board of directors now consists of Doug Foster, President and CEO, Peter Janssen, former VP of Acer America and Egghead Software, Donald McInnes, President and CEO of Western Keltic Mines and Blackstone Resources, Simon Arnison, former CTO of Innotech and Colin Morse, investment banker and financier.
