IDG's InfoWorld Names Tom Grimshaw Eastern Advertising Director

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 10, 1999--
InfoWorld, the IT newsweekly that defines technology for business, today promoted Tom Grimshaw to Eastern Advertising Director from regional manager.
In this new role, Grimshaw will be responsible for leading InfoWorld's customer oriented selling efforts and growing advertising revenue in the Eastern region.

Grimshaw joined InfoWorld in San Mateo in 1994. Since then, he has held several positions including District Sales manager for Southern California, Regional Sales Manager of the Boston Director of Impact Marketing.
Prior to joining InfoWorld, Grimshaw held various sales and marketing positions at AT&T, Swisshotels, Bay Networks, and Cahners Publishing.
