GREEN VALLEY, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 16, 1999--
Positive Capital Corp. Monday announced an offer to acquire Aunt Myra's (OTC BB:AUMY).
The management of Aunt Myra's wishes to state that it has not yet evaluated the offer, and consequently has no position, either positively or negatively, with respect to the same.
The offer will be evaluated in the ordinary course of business, with an objective of acting in the best interests of stockholders.
