CSS Industries, Inc. Announces Delay in Andrew W. Kelly Joining its Cleo Inc. Subsidiary

CSS Industries, Inc. (NYSE:CSS) advised today that its previously announced hiring of Andrew W. Kelly as president of its Cleo Inc. subsidiary will be delayed due to a dispute with Mr. Kelly's prior employer.
