Global Entertainment Holdings/Equities Inc. (OTC BB:GAMM) (www.globalentertainmentinc.com) Wednesday announced that Interactive Gaming & Wagering N.V. (IGW), its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a licensing agreement to implement its Internet and 800 call center software for Wall Street Superbook (www.wallstreetsuperbook.com).

Wall Street Superbook will use IGW's turnkey sportsbook and casino software, a proven system which includes live 800 call center wagering alongside the most technologically advanced Internet sportsbook and casino available.

Wall Street Superbook will be ready to immediately handle all types of wagering on major sporting events from around the globe and live casino action from anywhere in the world. All gaming features are accessible through the use of a single account, providing for easy and seamless use by clients.

Revenue generated from the Wall Street Superbook Web site will include initial set-up fees for customized Web site development, software configuration, monthly maintenance fees and software licensing royalties. The Web site will be fully operational by the beginning of September 1999.
