Chicago listeners have cast their votes for WLS-AM by choosing three of the station's top radio talk shows - Roe Conn & Garry Meier, Don Wade & Roma and Dr. Laura - as their favorite programs in the Today's Chicago Woman's 1999 Readers' Choice Awards.
The poll of "Chicago Bests" was taken several months ago and the results were released in the August issue of TCW.
WLS-AM is operated by ABC Inc., which includes ESPN Radio 1000, WXCD-FM, WRDZ-AM and WDDZ-AM.
