Mike Shanahan Joins Tanning Technology Board of Directors; Denver Broncos Coach and General Manager Teams Up with Leading IT Services Firm

Tanning Technology Corporation (Nasdaq: TANN) today announced that Michael E. Shanahan has joined the company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Shanahan, Vice President and Head Coach of the Denver Broncos, currently serves as a consultant to Tanning, a leading information technology services provider that architects, builds and deploys enterprise solutions for companies throughout the world.
