GraphOn Conditionally Approved for Nasdaq SmallCap Market Listing

CAMPBELL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 23, 1999--
GraphOn Corporation (www.graphon.com) (OTC BB: GOJO) today announced it has been notified by The Nasdaq-Amex Market Group that it has been conditionally approved for listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market. GraphOn was informed by the Nasdaq that it anticipates that the Company's Common Stock, Class A Warrants and Class B Warrants will commence trading on Wednesday, August 25, 1999 under the symbols GOJO, GOJOW, and GOJOZ, respectively.
Approval is conditioned upon GraphOn's continued compliance with all Nasdaq criteria for initial listing at the time of listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.
On July 12, 1999, the company completed its merger with Unity First Acquisition Corporation. As previously announced, GraphOn shareholders received a fixed exchange ratio of 0.5576 share of Unity common stock for each share of GraphOn common stock. The merger provided GraphOn Corporation with $5.4 million in operating capital.
