Donald S. Robbins, president and chief executive officer of Consortium Service Management Group Inc. (OTC BB:CTUM), reports the signing of a sales, marketing and turn key management services agreement with a qualified animal waste management company to exclusively represent the CSMG anaerobic animal waste plant in a six state region. The environmentally friendly technology is designed to eliminate animal waste lagoons and strong odors while providing the recycling of wastewater, the generation of electricity through utilization of the methane gas, a superior quality organic, non-odorous fertilizer, as well as a healthier work environment for both humans and animals.
CSMG holds the exclusive world rights to the technology.
CSMG is a Texas public corporation that has maintained business activities in the country of Ukraine since November, 1992. CSMG owns 50% of a Ukraine engineering company specializing in defense conversion destroying ICBM missiles and silos with U.S. government contractors under the Start Treaty.
CSMG also contracts with U.S. companies as a consultant and is a marketing outlet for Ukraine technologies.
CSMG maintains offices in Corpus Christi, Texas, Oklahoma City and Kiev, Ukraine.
