Internet Infinity Retains Caldwell, Becker, Dervin, Petrick for SEC Filing

Internet Infinity, Inc. (OTC BB:ITNF) has retained the CPA firm of Caldwell, Becker, Dervin, Petrick & C0., L.L.P. to prepare the Audited Statements for the Form 10SB filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission.

"Caldwell and Becker come with special SEC audit experience and I think they will work well with our existing independent CPA. Although we are not required to become a reporting company unit January 2000, we are moving ahead with the filing ASAP," states Chairman Morris. In addition, Morris says: "The new auditors are very competent and we are positioning our accounting and auditing team for continued securities activity by the Company.

"Progress on our business site is on schedule since the last report. We have added IMDesign to the project team for the creation of logo and interface graphics.
