Collectible Concepts Group Prepares to Become Fully Reporting Issuer

DOYLESTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 27, 1999--
Collectible Concepts Group Inc. (OTC BB:CCGR) Friday announced the appointment of its new auditors, Rudolph, Palitz, LLC, an accounting and consulting firm based in Blue Bell, Pa.
Rudolph, Palitz -- recently acquired by HRB Business Services Inc., a subsidiary of H&R Block Inc. -- have been retained to audit CCGR's financial statements, in order to prepare for filing Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to become a fully reporting company.
